THE STORY

You are the night-shift driver of an automated, steam-powered cab in a sprawling, neo-noir metropolis. The city is a labyrinth of perpetual rain, neon signs, and towering brass architecture.

Tonight, your passengers aren't human—they are the discarded, sentient clockwork automatons of the upper districts, fleeing down to the low slums before they are caught and scrapped. You are their only hope for escape.

THE CLOCKWORK TAXI is a low-prep, atmospheric journaling game meant to be played in a single, quiet sitting. You will pick up 5 passengers over the course of your shift. For each fare, you’ll flip a coin to see who climbs into your back seat.
